Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms apply to Managed Web and related services sold through rbeeweb.com by Red Barn Technology Group, Inc. ("Red Barn," "we," "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you ("you," "the customer") agree to them.

1. The service

Managed Web provides a website and business software platform, hosting, maintenance, updates and support, as described on the product page at the time of your order. Plan limits, such as the number of users and storage, are listed on the product page and your order.

2. Your account

You need an account to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for activity under your account and the user accounts you create. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. If a payment fails, we may suspend the service after giving notice. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded unless required by law or agreed in writing. Before your service ends, we will help you export your data on request.

5. Getting started and Expert Guidance

After you check out, our team will contact you to schedule setup. Expert Guidance hours included with your plan are used for setup and onboarding. Additional work, including custom development, third-party modules, design or migration, is billed at the Expert Guidance rate in effect at the time, and we will give you an estimate before starting larger projects.

6. Third-party software and licenses

The platform is built on Odoo Community, open-source software provided under its own licenses. Odoo Enterprise licenses, third-party modules, payment processors, domain registrars and other outside services are subject to their providers' terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes those providers make.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the service. You give us permission to host, copy, back up and process it only as needed to provide and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish and for complying with laws that apply to your business, including privacy and email marketing laws.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the security or operation of our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate this section, and will contact you first where practical.

9. Availability, backups and support

We work to keep the service available, secure and backed up, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be scheduled to limit disruption when possible. Support is provided during our normal business hours through the contact options on our website.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide the service, except where disclosure is required by law.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Red Barn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email or through the website before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broome County, New York.
