Who counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who logs in to run the business. Website visitors, customers and portal logins don't count.
What happens after 10 users?
Each additional user is $10 per month. Your price stays flat no matter which tools you turn on.
What do the 5 Expert Guidance hours cover?
We use them to set up your site, fine-tune your layout, connect your tools and answer your questions. Anything left over works across our other services too.
What's the difference between Community and Enterprise?
Managed Web runs on Odoo Community, the open-source edition, which covers most of what a small business needs. Odoo Enterprise adds apps like Helpdesk, Sign, Appointments, Field Service and Knowledge, licensed per user. Many of those gaps can also be filled with add-on modules or custom work, so you only pay for Enterprise if it's the best fit.
If I add Enterprise, is it still one flat price?
Your Managed Web plan stays the same. An Enterprise license is added on top for each user, starting at $24.90 per user per month on Odoo's Standard plan (first-year rate). And when a license wouldn't pay for itself, we can usually cover the same need with an open-source add-on or a custom build using Expert Guidance hours. That rate is for Odoo Online. Enterprise on Odoo.sh or on-premise (hosting managed by us) requires Odoo's Custom plan, at $49 per user per month billed annually (first-year rate; $61 after that). We'll quote the right one and manage it alongside everything else.
Can you run it on our own servers?
Yes. Our standard setup is managed by us, either on a cloud server or on hardware at your business. We can also run you on Odoo.sh or Odoo Online if that fits better. We'll recommend one based on how much you want to customize.
Can I grow into IT and phone support later?
Yes. Red Barn Essentials adds managed IT and communications on top of the same platform, with the same team.
