Who counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who logs in to run the business. Website visitors, customers and portal logins don’t count.
Which plan is right for us?
Start fits 1 to 5 people getting organized. Grow makes room for up to 10, then $9.80 per extra person, with paperwork, payment and accounting tools available. Pro adds a business systems team for established companies. Not sure? Tell us about your business and we will recommend one.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
You move up, and nothing gets rebuilt. It is the same system, with your data, settings and website exactly where you left them.
Do we have to move our accounting?
No. Full accounting is available in Grow, and optional. Keep your current bookkeeping and accountant, and move your books over when it makes sense. We will handle the switch.
I already have a website. Can you move it?
Yes. We can recreate your site’s look and feel and bring over your pages, products, blog posts and contacts.
What can I use Expert Guidance hours for?
Anything you need help with: setup, design, branding, automation, AI, IT questions or content. Every plan gets the member rate of $72 an hour, used 15 minutes at a time, and larger jobs are quoted up front. How Expert Guidance works
Who takes care of security, backups and updates?
We do. Hosting, security, backups and updates are part of every plan, so you never have to think about them.
Why do I need an account when I sign up?
Your account is where you will find invoices, your subscription and anything you have asked us for. It also lets us set you up without back-and-forth emails.
Is RBeeWeb built on Odoo?
Yes. RBeeWeb runs on Odoo, the open-source business platform used by more than 28 million people. If you ever need Odoo Enterprise, we can license and manage it for you. About Odoo
